Perfect for UNCW Parent’s Weekend.

The beautiful ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was well equipped and very clean. We love the location for walking to restaurants, coffee shop and The Loop. Highly recommend.

Excellent condo - can't beat the location and the views! The kitchen was beautiful, big and really well stocked for cooking. The management company was responsive and made checkin/check out easy. We did need to use the pull out couch as well, which was older and had some hooks that had fallen off making the mattress sag in spots. Overall the condo was gorgeous - would come back!

Isle Be Back!

What an incredible place! We were able to watch the Flotilla from the front of the condo without having to go out in the cold windy night. We could see sunrise from the balcony and master bedroom and sunset from the front door. Walking distance to everything and awesome security on sight. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location and view

Our family of 4 stayed here during Spring Break. It was in a great and had a fabulous view. Walkable to most everything. The condo was clean and had most things we needed. There was some confusion because in our check in email it stated we needed to bring towels, soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, dish washer soap etc - so we did bring that all to find out we didn’t need to. The pool opened the day we left but was too cold to swim - in the summer I’m sure that’s a great bonus to the reservation.

Over priced

There was a work been done in another unit at 8 o’clock in the morning. It was very inconvenient for us pounding for a day straight not relaxing.

Location was awesome. Updates to unit were very nice.

A/C unit was on the entire time but never really cooled the unit. Fortunately it was cooler weather to start the week but by the end it was pretty warm in unit.

Very comfortable and Well Appointed

A friend and I made a quick trip to Wrightsville to put our feet in the sand and relax. The arrival day was during the no-name tropical storm that hit the area. Upon arriving, we noticed some window damage to the condo but reported it to maintenance. Station One is a great location to walk to some area restaurants and use the causeway without too much hassle. The condo was well appointed. The list of items we needed to provide for ourselves (received from Bryant) was more a standard message. When we arrived, we noticed the owners had already supplied most items. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked well. Would return again.

Loved it

Great condo, nicer than expected. Beautifully done in a great location. The ocean is blue in Wrightsville and very pretty from the deck, beach and condo. Had an issue with the dishwasher and Bryant Realty had service person there in less than 30 minutes. However, it was the latch on the dishwasher and a repeated problem. It needs to just be fixed. We had to use a tool to start it after being shown how. I'm still rating the condo 5 stars, but that shouldn't keep happening.

Not as expected

The pictures show this 5 star condo but the reality is that the building is very dated. There is tons of construction and noise. We had a guy literally walk and he set the A/C on 60 (because he was testing it) and left. The beach chairs are broken - so no use there. Overall, things are patch up but for the money, it was not what I expected. Also, it's on a 6th floor.

Birthday Review-Station One 6E

The property was great and we really enjoyed it, we will be back. A suggestion would be a couple of rugs so your feet do not always feel sandy. The dishwasher did not work, the fans in the bathrooms did not work properly, the showers were not easy to use.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't expect to go on vacation and not have electricity for approximately 20 hours. There was no plan to help us. We slept in a hot condo, and there was no plan to move us during that time. I expect to be reimbursed for the 20 plus hours of inconvenience for me and my family. We also contracted COVID after being there. Not sure if I would recommend. I definitely want to see if I am compensated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wrightsville Beach. It was a great location right on the beach with a pool - which is a bonus. Delicious restaurants and ice cream shops were literally around the corner. The condo was nicely appointed and the beds comfortable however the kitchen could be stocked a little better (but not a deal breaker). The shower hardware (hot water) was tricky even though they had left instructions but we finally figured it out. One note that I wish the property management would change ... the beds are not made when you arrive. I know that sounds petty but when you can't check in until 4, have just driven 7 hours, unloaded a car full of luggage and beach equipment, and still need to get groceries for your stay ... The last thing you feel like doing is making 4 beds!! So if that little item could be skipped, it would be close to a perfect stay!

Splendid Stay

Bryant Property Management were helpful, courteous, pleasant and flexible! The drip coffee maker in the condo was old and dirty so Bryant brought us a brand new one! We are a bit of coffee snobs so we REALLY appreciated that gesture! The condo is beautifully renovated, cozy and in a fantastic location!! The view is stunning and there’s nothing like the sound of the ocean! It was a wonderful trip! Thank you!!!!
