We had a wonderful stay! The house was decorated so lovely and the house was so clean. Quick walk to the pier and the beach. We even rented the golf cart for a day and my kids had a blast! Thanks for letting us rent your house Jamie!!

Our family of 6 (kids aged 3, 8,10, and 16) loved this property. The location is perfect and the house is fully stocked with linens, towels, beach accessories, snacks, etc. We opted to rent the golf cart on property, which was extremely convenient. We enjoyed our time and would love to stay again!

A lovely property. Highly recommend. Close to town and beach. Our hosts were gracious, responsive, and the home was well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Two thumbs up for the golf cart!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and inviting and very close to the beach. The golf cart made getting to and from the beach very easy. Would love to stay again!

Absolutely perfect

So much space, cleaner than any place we’ve ever stayed, fully stocked with things you may need and extras just to make you welcome, quick and consistent communication with owners, great location within easy walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants, beautiful sunsets over the lagoon … In short, this is the best property we’ve found, and look forward to hopefully being back this time next year.

Spacious, wonderful home.

What a bright, beautiful home that is so comfortable and inviting. The decor is pretty and "beachy"--it sets the perfect vibe for a fun time at the beach! Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. All of the spaces are a nice size. The balconies are also very nice. The kitchen has everything you might need for food preparation. It’s so close to the beach and shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Stellar!

Stayed at the property for the Wilmington marathon. Location was perfect - steps from the starting line. The street is quiet and the property is clean. Owner and communication stellar. Walkable to restaurants and bars and a quick stroll to the beach.
