Check-in was easy, however, the afternoon prior to arrival is too late to receive the list of items that need to be brought with you!! Kitchen was stocked with plates and utensils, but lacking in bar glasses for our large group. The nice Thermador range was sparking flames on several burners. Water was too low in the infinity pool, but it got fixed the day before we left. Beautiful home, with sufficient parking spots and a great location to the beach and area restaurants. The kids in our group enjoyed the game room. Bryant was responsive to our calls with questions or concerns.

What an amazing house!!

We brought our entire immediate family down for our wedding at the Oceanic in Wrightsville beach and needed a house for everyone. This place met and exceeded our expectations!! Not only is it a gorgeous house and location. The pool and deck area are incredible and we made use of it the entire time we were there! Thank you for such an amazing vacation and wedding house for our family.

Lovely. But plumbing issues

It’s a gorgeous property. But. I had to call maintenance for an issues reported in another review. Owner fix your ac and your toilets. But you don’t want to hear that. Well stocked but unorganized. Great beds! Fantastic outdoor space. Very good location. I’d have given it an 5 star but three plumbing issues in a house that costly to rent is kind of unacceptable. Ok on supplies but I wouldn’t count on everything you need. Just very basic and stuff leftover from other renters.

Unbelievable Property & Location

We had an amazing stay. The pool and fire pit area was unbelievable. The views were stunning. We also thoroughly enjoyed the game room on the first floor. Definitely will book again in the future.

Amazing property!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Wilmington, NC/ Wrightsville Beach. The accommodations were absolutely top-notch—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the local attractions while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.The service was impeccable; the host was attentive, responsive, and made sure every detail was covered to make our stay seamless. The house itself was amazing—spacious, stylishly decorated, and truly felt like a home away from home.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be returning on our next trip to Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach. Highly recommend!

Great Place With One Issue

Overall this place is fantastic. The listing is as advertised and extremely clean with great views and plenty of space. There was only one issue with our stay, the shower in the master suite flooded upon normal use. Due to water leaking from the third floor shower to the second floor, we had to urgently call the property management company who sent maintenance quickly. This was disruptive to our family during an important event and the maintenance said this was not a new issue and that it was previously flagged, but not fixed. The property management company did a great job ensuring this was taken care of quickly but it was still disruptive. It was disheartening to hear this was an issue raised previously but not fixed before paying an exorbitant amount of money for the rental. I’d be willing to stay at this place again if the issue is fixed because everything else was great; however, if you’re paying this much, you might be safer at a place open to addressing preexisting issues.

Great place, perfect location

There were only 4 guests in our party. the purpose of our trip was our interior design company's board strategic meeting. The house was perfect - we were able to work a multiple locations - all beautiful. We had sessions on different decks, and the screened in porch, as well as indoors. We had a yoga instructor come to start our days with a guided yoga class each morning, enjoying the views, the breeze, and the sounds. We were very productive, and never felt cramped. A couple of comments: We wished that: - hangers were included in the closets - hair dryers were available in the bathrooms Otherwise it was perfect. Thank you.
