Upon entering, you’re welcomed by a bright and airy foyer that leads to the main living area. The gracious great room is bathed in natural light, beautifully complemented by coastal tones that set the perfect backdrop for your family’s vacation. Unwind on the plush sofa for a movie night or challenge each other to evening board games. The horseshoe kitchen is fully equipped, whether you’re cooking up a family feast or stepping outside to grill in the refreshing salt air. The main living level of the home offers two guest bedrooms, both furnished with two full-sized beds. One guest bedroom offers a private bathroom, while the other is neighbored by a full bathroom that services the main level of the home.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite provides a serene seaside sanctuary with a plush king-sized bed, private ocean-facing balcony, large closet, and ensuite bathroom. Across the hall is another spacious guest room with a king bed, making it easy to rest after a long day of fun in the sun.

Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals in summer with a 3-night minimum stay year-round.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 4 Full.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 6 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.  

Prohibited: Garage Not Included in the Rental, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located on the front door (doorbell camera).
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
