“Great stay with 2 young kids. We had a 1 bed apartment and it was perfect. Breakfast at Sidekicks in WB was great every morning. Kids club was a bonus! Betty did a great job with housekeeping. This hotel may not have the flash of some other hotels close by but it is incredibly practical and they have so many details covered to make a memorable and comfortable stay with the family. Shout out to the friendly valet parking attendants as well, great service every time. ”

When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. “All night had water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom. Because of the noise, I couldn't sleep. Also there wasn't any hair dryer in the room. I asked for the solutions for both issues but they replied 10mins before the check out time without solution. I need to request for price reduction for such quality.”
