“Great stay with 2 young kids. We had a 1 bed apartment and it was perfect. Breakfast at Sidekicks in WB was great every morning. Kids club was a bonus! Betty did a great job with housekeeping. This hotel may not have the flash of some other hotels close by but it is incredibly practical and they have so many details covered to make a memorable and comfortable stay with the family. Shout out to the friendly valet parking attendants as well, great service every time. ”

When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use.
