“Great stay with 2 young kids. We had a 1 bed apartment and it was perfect. Breakfast at Sidekicks in WB was great every morning. Kids club was a bonus! Betty did a great job with housekeeping. This hotel may not have the flash of some other hotels close by but it is incredibly practical and they have so many details covered to make a memorable and comfortable stay with the family. Shout out to the friendly valet parking attendants as well, great service every time. ”

“We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. ”

It is stated within the house rules for the accomodation, which I did not read as I am travelling on business and treated the accomodation as a hotel. “All night had water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom. Because of the noise, I couldn't sleep. Also there wasn't any hair dryer in the room. I asked for the solutions for both issues but they replied 10mins before the check out time without solution. I need to request for price reduction for such quality.”
