“Cannot rate the staff, this is a self service hotel, but it’s really easy, you’ll get a couple of codes the day of your stay. The hotel is right in the heart of the shambles, as a tourist that’s exactly the area where you want to be. The hotel is like nothing that you ever have experienced before, I can guarantee it. Without spoiling your experience I will tell you that my hard-to-please teenager was flabbergasted with the experience, he said it’s in his top 5 hotels in the world. ”

“This place are definitely charming and very clean, and the staff is super friendly and patient. If you arrive before check in, you can leave your luggage and take a walk around the centre. The room had a water heater and you can make yourself tea or coffee (which I love because not all hotels offer it). “Todo bien, solamente la cama que me tocó ya está un poco viejo el colchón, por no decir en las últimas. En el baño la regadera solamente funciona una vez, los demás días ya no funcionó la regadera :( Pero está bien el lugar, caminando a todos lados. ”
