“This hotel is not like the web page shows. Without bathroom inside the room. The room is very uncomfortable. Small onsen shared with another 2 hotels. The hotel staff doesn't speak english.”

Very friendly guy with good sense of humour. Comfortable, clean, and warm abode. We plan on staying here next time we come, god willing.”

It’s nice that dinner and breakfast are included given that you are quite a walk uphill from Gora and other restaurants. The food is presented in a beautiful setting and the service was wonderful. That being said, the food itself left much to be desired and given the price, we expected it to taste better. ”
