“When I first booked the property I thought oh cool a horse ranch. But the reality of it was “ this place is amazing” one of the very best vrbos we have ever stayed at. The host and her family were so friendly and the horses were there a rooster that just chilled and dogs who were so nice and friendly. Sadie offered a tour of the property and it was just an all around great experience would recommend to not only family and friend but also complete strangers.”

“We loved our stay at the cozy house! We will 100% stay here again next time we come to Kentucky.The house had everything we needed. Our kids (9 &4) would have just enjoyed staying at the house and not going anywhere else. They loved visiting with the cows and playing outside. ”

We tried to fish but the thick algae made it difficult so that was the only thing we would've like to have done that we couldn't. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The property itself is warm, inviting and spacious. The owner had great/fast communication —and even stopped by when we couldn’t figure out how to work the television. Throughout our time on the farm, we truly felt like we were being woven into the local fabric. ”
