“We really enjoyed this property and our stay in Grand Bend. The apartment is clean, airy, spacious, and modern. It's also really conveniently located right on the strip but it's not too noisy which is great! The property manager is very helpful and responsive which we appreciated. “The unit inside is a beautiful space but we were disappointed with the cleanliness. There were cob webbs in the corners and lighting fixtures. The unit was tidy but the floors were not mopped, we had black residue on our socks and feet. “Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve.”

“Our key code did not work so the building manager let us into the apartment! He was very helpful and polite! The kitchen was lacking some essential items for cooking. Overall the inside of the apartment was very clean! The balcony and BBQ were filthy! We enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the beds were very comfortable!”
