This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The pictures online have absolutely nothing to do with the reality of this place. It is completely misleading. What you see in the photos is not what you get at all.
The hotel is dirty, old, and poorly maintained. Everything looks worn out, damaged, and neglected. The furniture is outdated, the walls are stained, and the overall condition feels unsafe and uncomfortable. It honestly looks like it hasn’t been renovated in decades.
Even the sheets were in terrible condition. They were extremely worn out, deteriorated, and yellowish, which made the room feel unhygienic and unpleasant. Clean bedding is the bare minimum in any hotel, and this place failed completely.
The rooftop terrace (which looked beautiful in the photos) is nothing like advertised. In reality, it’s run-down, poorly maintained, and practically destroyed. It does not resemble the promotional pictures in any way. It was extremely disappointing.
The service was just as bad. There is no sense of hospitality, no professionalism, and no effort to make guests feel welcome. The staff was unhelpful and inattentive. It felt like no one cared.
The location is also not good. It’s near Chinatown, but the surrounding area did not feel clean or pleasant. It definitely did not feel like a comfortable or convenient area to stay in.
Overall, this place should not even be called a hotel. It is misleading, poorly maintained, and absolutely not worth the money. I wo
