“We liked the location and apartment itself. But we did not have heat for two days. The contact kept saying they were raising heat but it didn’t work. Remote heat not a good idea.The couch needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs are filthy.There is a step up to place from front and back which should have at least reflective paint or tape for nighttime. Almost tripped! Upstairs tenants can be noisy.”

"Recepción y atención al cliente genial. Me prestaron un cuchillo que necesitaba y han sido amables explicando todo. Teníamos una habitación am lado del ascensor cuando solicité una silenciosa pero la verdad que hemos podido descansar bien. Habitación amplia y cama cómoda. El depósito es cierto que aun no me lo han devuelto pero espero que ko tarde mucho. El desayuno bastante bien y el hotel en general incluso el gimnasio bien!se agradece que haya gimnasio en algunos hoteles y tengan la perte fitness en cuenta. Lo único que puedo decir, y quizás no sea culpa del hotel, es que había muchísimos niños! Entre semana niños es algo raro y hacían que hubiera más ruido de lo normal en el desayuno y zonas comunes"

"We liked the property very much, maybe the best thing was the very attentive staff. Although the hotel was on the last days of renovations (we understood before we stayed there were services not available at the moment there but open at sister properties) there was no noise or dust. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, good amenities. Couldn´t get any TV channels though. It is not so close to town, but it is a 10 minute walk (on the other hand quieter)."
