“The stay was great. There was no hot water in our shower and the toilet in our cabin was very touchy and would often run continuously after flushing. A giggle of the handle cured the problem but if guests were not cognizant of the issue it would waste a good amount of water ”

“The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy.”

“The town of Estes Park and RMNP were incredible. The rental was nice. It's a little bit dated but the pictures showed the conditions. We had no problem with that. We had a little problem getting into the rental. We didn't receive the door codes until the last minute. And that was after talking to customer service.
