“This stay was my worst I’ve experienced. To start, as I entered the room the door do the balcony was completely open which is a huge safety issue. On top of that the room was probably around 80 degrees. So I closed the door thinking it was an honest mistake and left for dinner and turned the AC on. Upon arrival from dinner the room was even hotter. The room continued to be hot the entirety of the stay even after reaching out to management multiple times.
