"Todas las áreas del hotel y las habitaciones estaban limpias; las áreas comunes siempre recogidas y limpias. El desayuno bueno. Un hotel para la familia, sin dudas"

"It’s very nice for kids, the pool is amazing, there are Lego bricks inside the pool to play with and a sand playground , there’s a shuttle to the parks, a Publix and a Bealls shop closeby. It’s possible to walk to peppa pig park and legoland; you can also access the other legoland hotels and have breakfast there too. I didn’t like that the line for the breakfast was too long I think they can improve that breakfast service, they should have telephones on the room to contact the front desk which is retired from the rooms, and they should have nightly entertainment for kids, they have s'mores by the pool at 25 dollars. I think it’s a very good hotel but it can improve in many aspects too. "

"La habitación en general estuvo bien, pero cuando llegamos el teléfono no trabajo nunca, era tarde noche y necesitaba una cobija extra, hacía mucho frío, y no tenía cómo llamar yo estaba en un 6to piso la última habitación del pasillo con una pierna enferma y no podía caminar mucho., día siguiente la persona de la mañana fue muy amable, le reporte., pero en la noche cuando llegamos., y pregunté por todo., la persona de la noche fue muy grosera en sus lenguaje corporal y dijo literalmente que ella no podía hacer nada y que al otro día yo fuera a la 1.00 pm a buscar el personal para que me ayudaran., lo cual era imposible yo no estaba durante el día., llegábamos en la noche., todas las 5 noches que nos hospedábamos., así que me quejé con Expedia., y estuvo a punto de irme del hotel., la limpieza fue buena., pero si no ponía el letrero no venían a limpiar., incluso hubo un día que lo pudimos y no vinieron a limpiar., "
