Casas de huéspedes en Lakeland - Winter Haven

“The bad far outweighs the good. The good: cheap. Communicative host. The bad: 1) Rugs very dirty - doesn't look like they vacuumed in weeks. 2) After paying, I got a list of unusual rules with fines for a ton of unusual things they require. These were NOT on the Expedia information and were completely unexpected. More on that below. 3) Bugs. I saw at least 8 small crawling bugs in different places in my room 4) Very convoluted forms required for checkin w/ required screenshots of IDs. Now...

“I could not find the house because the address is listed incorrectly. There were instructions to take off your shoes or use covering, but when I walked from the bed to the bathroom, my feet got really dirty. There’s a dark entertainment room/foyer with neons lights/decor, a pool table and some other items that led to the rooms and were nonfunctional.”

“Viven gente en esa casa y no puedes hacer ni bulla en el baño ósea no te puedes ni bañar”

“Other than a few spiderwebs in the corners of the room everything was fantastic.”

“Todo muy bien”

“No la usamos pero se veia muy bien.”

“The apartment was great, the neighbourhood was great; the hosts were super great; the garden and pool were simply delightful. We were sad we had to go”

“Wonderful stay! The space was very clean and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay. Plenty of parking, even with the property located right in downtown. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. Very relaxing time and the host communicated the details.”

“The host was very helpful and prompt with their response”

“Excelente la habitación limpia , todo acogedor y melany y su mamá nos trataron como en casa. Buena Comunicación con las demás personal. volveremos ”

“Communication was quick and friendly. They addressed my questions timely. When we arrived, the guest house was clean, comfortable, and very nice. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again when in the area.”

“I don’t realize it had stairs and I had knee surgery a few months back and I couldn’t get the stove to work”

“This was a nicely appropriated space! It was just me and the wife, but it was only 2 minutes from my daughter's place, so it worked out comfortably. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The host stayed in constant communication with us and provided for everything we needed.”

“Great location. Super cute place. Perfect size!”

“Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there.”
