“We loved Basecamp and plan on returning. We were able to take our pup which was nice and the on and off site water activities were great! I recommend taking your own life jackets if you have the space in case the ones they have are in use. We also liked that there businesses close so you don't want to drive to another town. By the way, the people of Ingram are super sweet which is a rarity these days. We will definately be back!”

“The setting of this cabin was very peaceful and beautiful. The cabin itself was charming and comfortable. I would use caution with young children, though. The shabby country chic easthetic includes apparently repurposed corrugated metal panels low on the bathroom wall with screw holes that are quite jagged and could easily slice flesh if contacted. Otherwise, the decor is very charming. We had a great time on the walking trail and enjoyed the interesting rocks and wildflowers. This is the kind...

“My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. It was not toddler-friendly, but we managed to leave without breaking anything. We loved kayaking on the little lake and enjoyed the short hike. The pool was only slightly heated (during Spring Break) but we got used to the chilly water. The propane grill and hot tub were both awesome. We couldnt get the fire pit to work so we used a lighter to roast marshmallows. Overall I would recommend staying here with kids over 3.”
