“Our overnight stay was perfect. The house allowed enough room for us to have our grandkids over. The house is bright and well lit. It had just the right amount of cookware. The pool was small but the kids still enjoyed it. The master bedroom was a nice size and the bathroom was perfect. The bed was very low to the floor. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here.”

We even had an Iron Chef Competition at the hotel, which was a hit. This probably would have been a 5 star rating, but we had a break-in at 4am on our second night. “Our group had a lovely time in Austin staying at this cozy, cute, clean home. Situated in a quiet family neighborhood, it’s a quiet home-base close to amazing restaurants. We loved that there was a second family room upstairs by the twin-bed bedrooms, which would be equally great as a hangout for the kids or as a work space to separate from a busier downstairs. “This stay in Austin was okay, the AC was not great and it took 2 days from our 3 day stay to cool down. There is only a fan in the main room so it wasn’t cooling down enough in this very hot weather. There was also no microwave so very inconvenient! The parking is ok the street and not ideal. If you are looking for a private place to stay in Austin, this is not the place. It was a 3/5 rating for my partner and I.”
