“We can’t say enough good things about this cozy little place. We had the cabin next to the adorable little library. The room was clean and warm when we arrived. Joseph was the person who lives on property and he was wonderful! He helped us get checked in the first night and gave us some pointers for our trip the next day to Sequoia NP. We loved how quiet the property was and enjoyed our morning coffee out walking the resort. We would highly recommend this little cabin nestled in the woods! ”

“Booked this for my sons birthay since he loves horses. What an awesome place! Plenty of space for a family of four. There is a pull out couch that sleeps two in the living room and a queen bed in the room. Full kitchen, shower and even an enclosed patio. Views were spectacular! Owner was very accommodating and responsive. I will definitely book in the future.”

What I didn't like about my stay is when they gave my room that I reserved for a reason to someone else all because they didn't want to sleep in the same bed! I reserved 2 queen beds for a reason! I had 3 people in my group and there so called upgrade for me was a bed and a couch and said they would bring us some wine for staying in that upgraded room but never brought it! “We really enjoyed staying at Ash Mountain for many reasons. To begin with, the setting is superb: a quiet mountain overlooking a river. The constant sound was super peaceful. Communication with Lori, the owner, was great and she helped us to ensure a pleasant stay. For example, we did not know about the harsh winter they had had at Sequoia as we do not live in the US, but she warned us about road and park closures so we could plan our days. “Nice place right on the creek, unfortunately the cleaning crew did not do there job very well. Floors were dirty and makeup powder on sink upstairs. Master bedroom ceiling fan did not work, fireplace did not turn on or off, cleaning crew kept popping up 2 days of my trip needing access, beautiful home but seems to need some kinks worked out”

“Our family really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It’s located on top of a tiny hill with great views all around. Everyone was comfortable whether on the couch or the bedrooms. Owner was more than attentive and checked to make sure we were comfortable and even asked if we needed anything. We would def stay there again.”
