“The property was clean and cozy and rather quirky. It was close to NYC and a short walk from a bus route. There was enough room for 4 people although the advertised 6 would have been a bit much. The biggest problem was that the bathroom was tiny. The area with the toilet was smaller than an airplane bathroom. You could barely sit or stand in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was tiny. It was unusable by one of our travelers who had a disability and had to relocate to a nearby motel. He...

“It was a very nice and cozy place to stay. Definitely would go back.”

“We had a short 1 night stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfortable but there were 4 spiral staircases, which were not listed in property details. Parking said it was available but in reality, 1 very small garage on property, which did not fit a standard size 4 door car. Parking was within walking distance but an additional fee. These details should be listed on property information.”

“Had the best stay here celebrating my best friend for her bachelorette party. Check-in was seamless, host was amazing and so easy to communicate with and even gave us a late checkout last minute when we asked. Location was safe and easy to find, couldn’t recommend this place more for larger groups! ”

“We enjoyed our stay. The area was safe and family friendly and very convenient to subway access. Communication and response time with the host was amazing. The sleeping accommodations were adequate but could be improved. Outside of the bed in the bedroom (which was not the most comfortable), other sleeping accommodations were futon conversion or air mattress. It was nice that the host stocked basics in the kitchen and access to the laundry was a plus.”

“The location was perfect for a Hoboken baby shower that I was attending. It was a quick and easy drive or Uber ride to Washington St, the waterfront and more. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Having a parking spot included was a major reason for booking this unit and it fit my SUV without trouble.”

“The house contain good size rooms and bathrooms. Comfort beds. Kitchen is equip and is of good size. Rooms were clean. Our stay was very comfortable ”
