Casas vacacionales en Bajo Manhattan

“Great location, walkable to many sights we wanted to see. Lovely historic building. ”

“Had a great stay communication with the host was perfect. Will definitely go back. Wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but the house is very clean and nice close to a lot of great restaurants.”

“Really nice rental. Very cozy and spacious for a family of 5. Very convenient to have the train station behind the house and having private parking. The one issue is that the host did not give me the access code to enter the home in a timely manner. I had to message her and she would not respond. I had to get Vrbo involve to get access. The during the stay I message her with a question and it took her a day to respond. But she was quick on sending me the check out instruction 24 hrs in advance. ”

“Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The property is incredibly spacious and perfectly suited for large groups, easily allowing 10+ people to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and having a dedicated parking spot in such a prime location was a massive convenience. This stay truly offered the best value for the money spent. The host was also fantastic—exceptionally prompt with all communications and very accommodating. We will...

“Just what we needed for our family trip to NYC!”

“Great host, very helpful.”

“Great accommodation. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Great travel links.”

“Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost of the rental. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the home. When towels were eventually delivered, they were damp, crumpled, and brought in a garbage bag.The cleanliness of the property was also unacceptable. We found mold around the bathtub drain, stains in the sink, visible stool residue in a toilet bowl, hair in an upstairs bathroom, and dust and glitter-like debris on the bathroom floor, suggesting the floors had...

“We loved this property. It’s large, clean and the best hosts! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!”

“Buena ubicación la limpieza ”

“This property met our needs for a weekend place to stay. The location was convenient as well as aesthetically pleasing. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing.”

“Kitchen was well stocked and the flat was very clean. Street parking”

“Location was great, beds were clean and comfy, and I liked the decor. The owner was quick to respond whenever issues arose. However as others have noted, the pictures, maintenance, and details of the house are not quite accurate. The house has 3 apartment units (upstairs, main floor, & basement). This listing is for the main floor and basement.Entering the main door leads to the shared stairwell. The stairs to the basement are in the shared stairwell with a deadbolt on the door that can only be...

“El apartamento es muy acogedor y limpio, cerca de la estación del tren y del aeropuerto. Siento que recibí más de lo que pagué. Estoy muy contento”

“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...
