“We had a lovely relaxing stay. It is close to the airport and the other areas of Ft. Lauderdale that we visited. The neighborhood was quiet. Aside from having the expected items (dining items, pots and pans, towels and bedding) there were pool supplies and other things that you might need and have forgotten, like plastic baggies, tea bags, and Band-Aids. The door lock battery died while we were there and I messaged Peter, who called me within 5 minutes to arrange a time to come and fix it and...

“We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. My security deposit ended up being more than my total stay for 3 nights so I essentially got charged double before staying. Aside from the lack of clarity of steep deposit during initial booking...
