El hotel no está en el pueblo de Banff, pero está situado en un lugar muy bonito, más en la naturaleza. La suite es perfecta, tiene su cocina, su salón y una pequeña terraza que nosotros disfrutamos para ver las estrellas por la noche. Además, cuenta con un pequeño supermercado y una piscina con toboganes (aunque nosotros no hicimos uso de ella).

Un poco decepcionante.
El apartamento estaba bien, aunque bastante oscuro. El resort está bastante alejado de Banff, se puede ir a Banff andado cuesta a bajo, 20 minutos, pero la vuelva es muy cansada. Para evitar esto dan un pase para el autobús que para enfrente y lleva a Banff. Nos dieron un apartamento al lado de recepción y su aparcamiento, además, debido a esto, había continuamente gente pasando por delante del apartamento, muy poca privacidad. Al ir a recepción a ver si nos podían cambiar a otro nos dijeron que no podían porque lo habíamos reservado a través de "Hoteles" y que si algún día podían nos darían otro. Estuvimos allí 3 días, todos ellos tuvieron apartamentos vacíos, el anuncio de "Vacancy" estuvo siempre encendido, y el cambio no llegó.

Es un complejo grande está alejado del pueblo
El hotel esta bien es un complejo grande está un poco alejado del pueblo pero te facilitan gratis tickets para el bus que te lleva al pueblo.las habitaciones cuentan con cocina birn equipada incluso te reponen café todos los días. Las únicas pegas que tenemos q poner es q de los 4 días q estuvimos allí el primer día no vinieron a limpiar el segundo día por la tarde como vi que no habían venido me queje y limpiaron y el resto de los días venían muy tarde a limpiar sobre las 6 de la tarde q era la hora en q nosotros estábamos regresando de las excursiones y descansando nunca he visto q las habitaciones se limpien por la tarde en los hoteles. Por otro lado los empleados de la recepción al menos dos de ellos no se puede decir que fueran amables tampoco es que fueran desagradables pero como en Canadá nos tienen acostumbrados a ser tan tan amables

Hotel agradable
La habitación es cómoda, tiene cocineta completa muy cómoda para prepararte el desayuno o las comidas si no tienes ganas de salir. Lo que hace falta es la limpieza. Se limitan nada más en hacer las camas y cambiar las toallas. Tuve que pedir que pasaran la aspiradora en la alfombra después de 5 días de estancia porqué de verdad estaba sucia.

Ideal familias o grupos
El hotel esta en la parte alta de jasper por lo que para ir al centro se necesita coche o usa el bus gratuito. Si se dispone de coche el hotel es perfecto: amplio, limpio y con buen servicio. La habitacion con cocina totalmente equipada y chimenea. Las zonas comunes un poco ochenteras pero supongo q para niños es ideal.

Douglas Fir en BANFF
Me voy con buena impresión de las habitaciones. El único pero que le pongo es que la cocina está integrada en el dormitorio por lo que la habitación co0ge olores de la cocina muy fácilmente. Está un poco alejado del centro pero hay servicio de bus gratuito y en 5 minutos has llegado. Tiene piscina climatizada y un pequeño jacuzzi que se agradece tras andar por el monte todo el día. Tiene parking gratuito. La habitación está muy bien (con el problema de la cocina), hay un supermercado en el resort por si necesitas algo urgente.

Dirty and run down. Needs a major reno. Rooms had lots of noises from HVAC and can hear other guests despite being on top floor. Pool area is filthy and change rooms were gross. No on site restaurant but hotel across street did. Does not have good parking for half tonne pickups.

Came here a lot when i was a kid and now im bringing my kids here. They loved it and we enjoyed our time too. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the playzone and the pool and hot tub. The place could use some tlc but its all part of its rustic charm. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed the water slides and outdoor ”hot”-tub. Room was very dated and in need of attention/upgrading. Kindling/wood supplied for the wood-burning fireplace was insufficient and did not burn well, therefore we couldn’t enjoy the fire as we’d hoped to. Parking was frustrating. Though our vehicle fit into the parkade height-wise, the assigned parking stall was incredibly narrow and impossible to navigate. We noticed other stalls with pipes and sprinkler fittings encroaching on the space, making it impossible for an average vehicle to park there.

Spacious rooms with full kitchen at economical price. Outside of Banff in forested area--good for short hiking and lots of deer feeding in open spaces.

The deck was dirty covered on pine needles and broken branches' ashtray was over flowing and piled up on the deck' pictures do not advertise the place properly . Will be going else where next time

The Resort has a little age on it but once you settle in you start to see the beauty of the place. The views are stunning with mountains and woods all around. The wood burning fireplaces are great especially for someone who lives in a big city condo and wants a little ski chalet magic on vacation. The nights are dark and quiet and some of your neighbours are the deer and elk that wander the area.

The property was very old and the places in the rooms have a very much dust (like Balcony). The rooms had kitchen which is good the have and comes handy. Apart from this there is a mini waterslide park which is amazing and fun. The beds in the room is comfortable. I would rate it 3.5 ish.

We're done. Unfortunately, the property has not been maintained for quite some time. In our room, our safe had run out of charge so we didn't have anywhere to put our valuables when we were out. From the loft area, you could see the top of the cabinet unit and the thick layer of dust allowed to remain there. Old outlets (they're loose in the walls and plugs just fall out of them), non-GFCI outlet two feet away from the leaky kitchen faucet, holes in the countertop, patched carpet that they didn't even ATTEMPT to match the pattern up (really - the lines were perpendicular to the rest of it), and a worn line where they'd removed the banquette seating. All small fixes that would help keep this place at least looking cared for. I know it's aged, but it really seems as though the owners are not putting any money into the facility. The pool and waterslide area is just as bad. Cracked tiles, chunks missing from the radiator covers because they've plain rusted away, dirt streaks down the stairs leading to the waterslides, and just a general air of neglect. The final straw was when the smoke alarm went off in the unit beneath us at 4 in the morning. The gentleman was very drunk and had built a large fire in the fireplace without opening the flue. The staff member who responded managed to open the flue, but not before the unit was flooded with smoke. Ours wasn't as bad, but we couldn't go back to sleep. Profuse apologies, but no incentive to get us to come back. We won't be returning.

Would not booked again in this property. Worst beds and sofa bed they have. If you to have back pain after your night this is the place for you. Beds are like 60 yo, it’s sinking everywhere where you back could feel the springs. All the things inside and appliances are like when the building was built. All antique. Kids wasn’t happy when pool was closed.
