“I booked this place because of the reviews and because pets were allowed, but unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. My booking was made June 9, for a one night stay August 25-26 through Expedia for this VRBO accommodation. I notified the host that I had a small pet on June 9th. On August 25 the day of check in, the host messages me saying there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 by the hotel, but she would pay for half, and that check in is pretty fast once I settle my half...

“We had a good stay. The location is excellent—it's just a short walk to Canmore town center with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, making it a very convenient place to stay.
The unit itself was comfortable and met our needs, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The floor underneath the sofa bed could use a more thorough cleaning, as it had not been swept. There were also no plastic garbage bags in the trash bin, which was a bit inconvenient.

“We enjoyed our stay in the unit and excellent description how to find the unit near the back of the property as it relates to the parking lot with only a few steps to get luggage up to as explained by the owner. Excellent communication with the owner very easy check in and check out Would highly recommend”
