“I booked this place because of the reviews and because pets were allowed, but unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. My booking was made June 9, for a one night stay August 25-26 through Expedia for this VRBO accommodation. I notified the host that I had a small pet on June 9th. On August 25 the day of check in, the host messages me saying there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 by the hotel, but she would pay for half, and that check in is pretty fast once I settle my half...

“We had a good stay. The location is excellent—it's just a short walk to Canmore town center with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, making it a very convenient place to stay.
The unit itself was comfortable and met our needs, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The floor underneath the sofa bed could use a more thorough cleaning, as it had not been swept. There were also no plastic garbage bags in the trash bin, which was a bit inconvenient.

La atención del personal es maravillosa, son muy amables todos, el cuarto estaba muy cómodo, la vista de la habitación en nuestro caso fue hacia otros cuartos así que no fue tan bonita pero alcanzabas a ver las montañas por un lado. La limpieza del cuarto no fue tan buena, aunque eso no evitó que disfrutáramos de la estancia.
