“Great life experience. House is legendary. Kurt is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues. Only thing I’d tell future visitors is this is a classic northern home without hvac and I’d have a fan for your room to sleep in if you like it cool. We opened windows and it worked just fine. Overall just love the house and Buffalo is the best city I’ve ever visited. We frequented the Big Tree next door and couldn’t have met nicer people or been more welcomed. Definitely...

“I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed...

“When we pulled into the driveway and saw the rental in real time we were a little concerned it would be too small but we were pleasantly pleased with the inside spaces. Plenty of bedrooms for a larger family. The living/kitchen area was a bit small. Had a very cozy feeling but on the second floor there was two bedrooms with a rather large 2nd living room. Very clean home. Beautifully decorated. Very functional for our needs. Location suited our plans. ”

“We stayed at this beautiful home on 6/12/26 as we had our daughters birthday party downtown and we live 45 minutes away and it was extremely convenient for our family to stay close to the venue. The house was very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. It was supplied with 2 separate kitchens that were stocked with everything you would need right down to coffee makers including coffee. The host Christine was great to work with and replied to my emails with answers to my questions...

“This home was perfect for our weekend event at the fairgrounds. The house is really cute inside with some "old-home" touches that were nice with a fair amount of updates also. I will say that I was only unpleasantly surprised by the number of spider webs and spiders throughout the house...made my daughter a little anxious to sleep. The kitchen also had an issue with ants.Overall the stay was good, I think it just needed a good cleaning of the high spots.”
