“Extremely poor communication when time was of the essence. I contacted the host for three days by message and phone, but received no response. Just before my stay I received a generic welcome message regarding my stay, but still no response to my original question. I responded with my original question. After that the host responded that it was too near my stay to consider a cancellation. I feel that if the host had responded in a timely matter we may have been able to resolve the situation....

“The place looked similar to all the pictures with a few things broken or missing. Unfortunately we were unable to stay in the room due to a very loud buzzing noise coming from the furnace. It was loud enough to know in 5 minutes we couldn't stay the weekend in this place with the constant buzzing. The furniture seemed to be lower quality that one would have to be careful not to break with normal use. ”
