“Overall communication with the host was really good until it came time for him to give me the partial refund he had promised cause of the issues. The refund never came after multiple follow ups with him. He never even responded to the last message I sent. So we booked this home and had drainage issues from day 1. “House was great and we filled all 28 sleeping spaces. It was a great space for a large group and hosts were very responsive. Two things to improve- trash space needs to be bigger for a house that large or picked up every day. Also bring a broom and dustpan- we needed it to sweep crumbs etc off floors. Overall highly recommend!”
