“I can’t say enough about this home. It’s is so cute and charming. With plenty of room for family. The beds are comfy and the yard and shade trees are beautiful. It had everything we needed and more!!!! The host was amazing and made sure it was easily spotted for night time arrival. I recommend this place 110%!!! I will definitely book here again!”

“We loved staying in this VRBO! The house is true to the pictures, very clean, and is pretty large with lots of space for a large family to chill out. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans and a good selection of spices. There is access to the river and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We had absolutely everything we needed and loved our stay.”

“We loved everything. We played pickleball, kayaked on the river, enjoyed all of our meals outside under the big oak trees and marveled at the stars by the firepit at night. I only have a few suggestions: the outside table and bar were dirty. The bar table had a huge pile of rocks on it and was covered in leaves and dust and there were no fire pit tools. But these were just minor things and did not cause us to lose any relaxing time. I think a small table top jenga game would be a nice touch...

“This place was extremely hard to find in the pitch blackness that is a typical Texas evening, I did 3 u-turns on 55 because I was afraid to use someone’s driveway. That was really our only issue, The house itself was immaculate, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the amenities. Outdoor seating areas on front porch and off the master bedroom were just lovely for drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you would need...

“Went to go stargazing from the 4th to the 6th, weather ended being a problem. Just enjoyed the property and played board games. Still a great time!”

“Beautiful secluded deer camp property! House was as described. Comfortable bedding and family accommodations. Nice back porch to soak in the sunset and hummingbirds (& we saw one deer). Getting to the river isn’t for the elder or weak but once you’re there it’s beautiful. A side by side or golf cart would have been super helpful. River was way down while we were there but was refreshing and clear (didn’t catch any fish to keep but had fun). Drive to near by areas to site see and for dinner each...

“This place is awesome. We spent a ton of time at the river kayaking and fishing/floating and saw very few people. The seclusion is great, the river access is super nice, and the house is very functional. A couple minor items worth mentioning for certain prospective guests: 1) river access is not walking distance, requires the side-by-side or a truck but is very close by; 2) the house is on the main highway and there is some minor road noise occassionally...did not impact our enjoyment.
