“Location was perfect for restaurants on the foreshore. Apartment was clean & tidy, with essentials.Instructions to garbage area was a little confusing, had to ask another tenant in the building.Only part of initial booking, not happy with was being charged 136 cleaning fee. ??All in All Great stay ”

“The listing is advertising misleading information in relation to the car space. The listing reads ‘there is one allocated car space in residential garage (garage clearance height 2.2m)’. We could not park on this space and by the looks of it neither could a previous guest. We specifically chose this property not only for the location and bedroom numbers but the fact we could park our 2m high rental van in the space. This was not the case. The stacker for the space is set on the middle setting...

“A fantastic property. The bathrooms however are in need of minor repairs. Towel rails broken/ missing, shower head leaking and shower could use a regrout to eliminate mould in grout and larger shelf. The bathroom does not reflect a five star property. A great shortage of power points causes a need for a lot of extension cords that are not adequate, messy and need to be hooked up for at least one bedside table…potentially dangerous with lots of power boards and extension cords and a trip hazard....

“Great location with Cafe's and Restaurants a minute walk from the apartment. Great facilities and instructions for entry, exit and garbage disposal very easy to follow. Will definitely stay here next visit to Canberra. Thank you.”
