“El apartamento que nos asignaron era muy ruidoso y nos cambiaron a una habitación muy amplia y agradable pero no hicieron la limpieza antes de que entráramos todos los muebles llenos de polvo, la terraza con telarañas, vajilla sucia y restos de comida usada en el congelador, al día siguiente tampoco hicieron limpieza y cuando llegaron a darnos toallas limpias, solo se llevaron la basura.”

“This isnt even a hard one for me to review - 5 stars all the way. Great desk service, nice room, perfect bathroom, easy parking (access from two streets!)... the only thing I could fault is the toilet paper. This will be my regular Canberra accommodation going forward. ”

“Lovely rooms, so quiet you can't hear outside or be bothered by internal noise. Beautiful views of Mt Ainslie, Mt Majura, Parliament house and the Airport which I looove looking at planes take off. (Aviation enthusiast here😉) Clean rooms, very friendly/professional staff, amazing cocktails and great ambience in the dining area with a very cosy fireplace🔥 I'll add Adam here, he has amazing service at front desk. Kudos to the cocktail lady Saturday night with her trainee and kudos to the chef...

“The room was excellent and certainly earns its 4.5 rating. The dining facilities are below what was expected, and the booking in and checking our was only fair. But overall, it was very good value.”

“We had a room facing the lake - wonderful view. Dined at pub over the road and had breakfast down by the lake so can’t comment on dining in.”

“Lovely facilities that were very convenient for our conference. The staff that we met were most helpful and we were warmly welcomed by people on the front desk. The hotel was quiet and we felt safe there. My only criticism is about the cleaning of our room. It did not appear to be vacuumed during the 6 days we were there, and the bathroom did not appear to be adequately cleaned.”

“We arrived late on a Sunday and the reception was no longer open and we didn’t get any text messages to inform us of the after hours check in process. The phone rang for a min then was answered finally but it took about 20 mins to check in. Room was good, slept well, clean and well furnished.”
