The Hotel have a good location. It has 5 pools in total so that is a plus. The kids had fun. The personal at the restaurants, bars and housekeeping were incredible friendly and helpful.
What made our stay unpleasant was the service from the reception. At arrival time everything was good. We paid and provided our documents, everything as per my booking. The day before we were leaving, they blocked our key cards for the 3er time on our stay. After several times going to fix it, it ended been an additional charge pending as they say. I have shown them my Expedia reservation and everything looks good. They asked me to contact Expedia. They never answered them. I have contacted Expedia 3 times in two days and there was no issue apparently. At the end, I did have to pay the extra in order not to lose my flight. This had never happened to me before. I'm very organized with my reservations and expenses. What made me uncomfortable the most was the attitude of the people at the front desk. They only want to charge you money, they do not treat you as a guest. I spoke to several of them with the situation, no one seems to care.
Additionally, there are a lot of people at the lobby, they keep been behind you trying to get you into the Hotel time share. We were asked more than one time. Very uncomfortable.
