Nice Property

The house was as expected, clean and well stocked! Overall a very positive experience! My only recommendation would be to upgrade the living room TV to a Smart TV. After several hours on the lake, the kids wanted to cool off and watch movies, for whatever reason we couldn’t get any of the streaming apps to load or connect to the internet (property uses a dvd/blue ray player with some “smart” capabilities). We would stay here again.

Too pricey for what you get

Water in Canyon Lake was disappointing and was very low compared to photos shown on vrbo. House was not renovated, kitchen was old, although there were many beds. If it really was shown on HGTV, it's still not worth the price per night.

Good stay

It was fun the day we checked in. Love the accessibility to Bluetooth devices and we were able to blast. Down side is the swimming, discouraging because we were up to swimming and having fun there on shore. We avoid the shore due to safety. Please provide a broom and cleaning supplies. On the instructions said things were under the sink and nothing was found not even a broom or mop. We like to leave property as clean and organized as possible. Over all thanks for the hospitality.

Honestly don’t know how this property received 10/10. I’m baffled and maybe my expectations are way too high but not at all what I’m used to. Bedding looked slept in downstairs. Ceiling tiles that appeared to be falling out. Upstairs was ok. Just ok. View was nice but had to overlook all other issues.

Great family vacation!

From check in to check out everything was great! Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The view was wonderful and we had access to the lake which is always a must for our crew. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and dishes. We enjoyed playing games on the game table, grilling on the balcony (again with a gorgeous view), and relaxing by the water. Will stay here again!

Awesome Waterfront Property

We loved our stay at this home. Waterfront with excellent lake views as advertised. It is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy. The home was clean and comfortable. We met our daily workout (cardio) walking down to the lake shore...lol. We look forward to coming back!

Great place to relax

The house is amazing, it has everything you need to stay: full equipped kitchen, board games, confortable furniture, a trail for a privet area by the lake with chairs and gazebo and the best view of a sunset on the lake. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Lake House

Great lake house that has plenty of room for friends and family. The walk down is not the easiest, but at the bottom there is a wonderful gazebo area, a fire pit and best of all a concrete bulkhead that makes it really easy to fish, kayak and swim from.

Amazing Views!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed, the views were amazing and we all slept comfortably. The downstairs bedroom took a while to cool off and sometimes seemed hot- but this was a minor issue. There are a lot of stairs to get down to the swim area- but all worth it. It wouldn't keep us from staying here again!

Gorgeous view with a great swimming cove!

Pros: breathtaking view, newly remodeled bathrooms, great access to lake on small cove, nice gas grill, beds in bedrooms were very comfortable Cons: bunk room beds not very comfortable and the room was dark and dingy, internet access did not work, the ceiling tiles were falling out downstairs, downstairs ac took a very long time to cool when we first got there (like a good 24 hours)

Gorgeous house

Our girls weekend was absolutely perfect! The place was really nice and open! The bathrooms were big and modern! Beds were comfy and the view was incredible! We will be back!

Nice weekend

Check in seamless. House clean. Upstairs master is fabulous. Kids said downstairs rooms were stuffy and musty. Multiple doors stick due to age/weather. House stocked with everything we needed. Awesome lakefront access for floating/kayaking. If all bedrooms were as nice as master, it would be best house on Canyon Lake.

Hill country get a away !

From the time I booked the trip my experience with the property manager was excellent . They were very quick to answer questions and make our stay enjoyable . They allowed an early Check in for us which was very much appreciated after our drive from Houston . The home is well appointed with plenty of kitchen items and extras you may have forgotten . The only complaint we had was that we didn’t have the kayaks that were advertised in the Listing . We asked why and were only given a vague explanation as to why we couldn’t use them . That was a bit disappointing, but luckily we had brought some floats from home to enjoy the lake with . And they also gave us a later Check out to help make up for it . Overall this is an amazing home with beautiful views and would stay there again for sure ! Lots of nature all around you ! Perfect get away for your family and friends !
