“The property was very nice. The only complaints I have is that there isn't a grill, the fan outside at the pool would not come on and the fan in the living room roared so loud you could not leave it on. I would stay here again. ”

Not a negative, just an observation for planning purposes. Kitchen accessories were meh. (only 2 coffee cups that we could find). No ice so bring your own. ”

“The cottage was very clean upon arrival. We didnt cook any meals but if we did the kitchen is fully stocked and the appliances look like their new! Location was pefect...literally walk out, take a left, cross 98 and your at the beach entrance!! Arrival was smooth and there is a binder on the coffee table with info about the cottage and the aera as far as stores and restaurants. Shep was a pleasure to work with. Will go back for sure!!!”

“Communication with the property management was very fast. The pictures on the listing was accurate. I love the fact that the kitchen was well equiped. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet of the area. Mexico Beach is the perfect quiet get away. We were able to relax and enjoy the suset at the beach. The beach is steps away from the rental. “Very pleased with the rental. Less than a1/4 mile from brother and sister-n-laws place. Main reason to be in Mexico Beach was eating at Shipwreck Raw Bar and hanging with family.”

TONS of towels, extra blankets and toilet paper - all kitchen supplies were there, so that was a bonus! Hot water was hot - great for a shower after a day at the beach! Dishwasher/washer/dryer was a nice touch. CONS: Back yard is dismal - not clean. Back door wouldn't stay shut w/o locking dead bolt. Frig leaked. Master bedroom door couldn't close.
