“We stayed here for a couple of nights. Location was perfect - just a block from the water and five miles from Cedar Point. Also close to Rt 2 for easy driving to Marblehead, etc. Inside, stay was comfortable and we had plenty of room. The owners have done a nice job with a remodel of an older home. On the down side, I wasn't 100% crazy about the exterior or the neighborhood - both were just a tiny bit on the worn/shabby side - but we felt safe.”

“Excellent location with direct access to the beach and pier. Fishing galore, wonderfully relaxing and friendly area. Well stocked with towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Easy access to cedar point and local food places. Loved our stay with our family. ”

“As rentals go, we found this place to be well above average. For the most part it was well-stocked compared to other rentals we have experienced. It even had large pots, skillets and bowls to serve a family group of 7. It was clean and as advertised. The negatives were the very late access information provided (which came past the check-in time), the lack of cutlery, and the VERY wobbly bunkbeds which we found unsafe. “Perfect place to stay! Close to Cedar Point, Rye Beach (private/included with house rental), Lighthouse, and many other great beaches and parks. Property was properly maintained. Comes with everything you need to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Only bad thing I could say is SPIDERS! Not fault of property owners. Huge spiders outside living on the beautiful deck. Bring bug spray if visiting during warm months. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone. Cheers!”

“Fully furnished and really nice eye for detail decorating with the history of the Huron area. Easy to find location, quiet and clean. Snow storm hit during our stay but we were warm and comfortable. Beautiful location for the summer months!”
