“Cuando fui hacer el check in no habia nadie que nos atendiera….de hecho nunca lo vimos…lo llamamos por el cel y solo nos indicó que nuestro cuarto era el 8 y que subieramos por la escalera….donde solo se escuchaba una música de fondo….mi experiencia fue terrorífica que abandonamos el lugar inmediatamente….jamás nadie nos atendió ”

“La habitación tenía arañas y cucarachas, la electricidad se iba cada 1 hora y por ende la TV y la calefacción no funcionaba. No volvería ni porque me pagaran ”

“The property was clean but outdated the hotels from there for quite a number of years! The restaurant is only available a certain hours so you have to go over into the casino to get something to eat! I give it overall four stars.”

“The hotel is new and it was well maintained. The rooms were clean and the linens and bed were so comfortable. The hotel allows you access to amenities such as fitness center, pools, shops , spas, and restaurants but all are located in the actual casino. The path to get there and back is a bit confusing . Although lovely i would still prefer to stay in the Tower as everything is right there for you. The restaurant Salt is located on the 7th floor but has a dress code and prefers reservations”

“I had such a wonderful, relaxing stay. The hosts were exceptional, so friendly and accommodating, and the suite and grounds were great! I will make this my "go to" spot anytime in in the Clinton/Utica area.”
