“We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed, cozy and charming studio with an amazing view of the Upper Truckee River! The friendly host welcomed us and provided a helpful tour of the studio. Loved the gorgeous stone floors throughout, contemporary mountain home aesthetic and the convenience of the mini fridge! The heating unit was a tad bit tricky to operate but the host was very responsive and helped us figure it out! We had a great getaway and only wish we had time to stay...

“This is a really cool place. It seems that it was originally some kind of mansion, but restored into a hotel with modern amenities. There is also a shared, fully stocked kitchen. The owners are really nice and accommodating. We only stayed one night, but definitely worth a return trip. ”

“My husband was doubtful about booking in the country over a garage but really it was great for us and our small dogs. The place was roomy and Debbie has put a lot of attention to detail. Everything we might want was right there. Including a great view of Mt Shasta and Lassen from the deck. The location might not be for everyone - can’t walk to a cafe - but it was 10 min from downtown Redding and our dogs loved going outside off leash around the building. We would choose it again.
