“The condo was very well stocked, conveniently located, and had nice amenities. We stayed for a week in winter while snowboarding at Winter Park resort. It was a short drive to the resort (free public transit also available). The condo was spacious, comfy, and had everything needed in the kitchen. It is close to the clubhouse which had laundry (credit card/app), a nice gym, and pool/hot tub. Definitely pay attention to the directions provided by the host as GPS usually takes you to the wrong...

“The bathroom had blood on side of the tub.The stairs were not safe. At night the bedrooms were incredibly hot at night. No air conditioning in bedrooms and the air conditioning in living area does not make it to the bedrooms”

“It’s a nice place to stay if you’re looking for the privacy of a BNB. Very spacious and comfortable. Centrally located. We were able to hear people coming in and out of the neighboring apartments from the living room however it wasn’t very frequent. All and all I would recommend.”

“The check in/out process was great and easy. It's easy to communicate with the property management. You just got to stop get your keys before you get to the condo and re-confirm the address otherwise you may not find it. The property needs a few fixes, chairs are broken, mold on the bathroom ceiling, rotten shower curtain rod, broken coaster holders etc Bed covers have stains, pillows are not the most comfortable and the mattress, well it works for 1 night. “The property was very clean and the location was convenient to the town. We were surprised to find the bed was a Murphy bed but we had sufficient space around it when it was lowered. We will likely attempt to book the property again when we return to visit relatives.”
