“No quedé satisfecha con mi estancia en el hotel. Había pagado específicamente por una habitación con vista parcial al muelle, pero la habitación que me asignaron inicialmente tenía el lavabo tapado y además había un olor desagradable. Solicité un cambio de habitación y, desafortunadamente, sentí que mi petición no fue atendida de una manera especialmente amable ni servicial. Finalmente me cambiaron a otra habitación, pero ésta tenía una vista muy desagradable hacia las paredes de los edificios...

“We thoroughly appreciated the communications provided by the host. Initially had a few teething issues, with the keylock code not working, and a smell in the bedroom and the living area, but this was rectified and a cleaning crew came in twice for it. Place is perfectly situated (with car use) but a bit less so if on foot, or public transportation. The laundry in the shed and the kitchen are always welcome especially as our booking was over 2 weeks long! Thanks again for a suitable stay for us!”
