Condominios en Chapman Ranch

“Location tripped us out. But the place was super clean, ac was great! Fridge could be a bit bigger. Host was real nice.”

“Great location. Hot tub and pool were nice to use. Great AC.”

“Very nice little spot. Host very responsive. Lovely spot will be staying again”

“Amber is a GREAT host. She communicates well and replies quickly. The rental was well-stocked, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable. We will return!”

“Very nice condo ,”

“The air conditioning vent needs to be cleaned. The access roof over the bathtub needs to be cleaned. And the furniture needs to be cleaned the couch. The instructions need to be more informative as to where to park. And where the actual unit is because you cannot see the apartment number from the parking lot. Also the parking lot number does not match to go with the unit it's across the parking lot. The Host has not communicated as far as I can tell that I had to check out early because they...

“Absolutely amazing. Great place to stay. Close to the beach. Has pool and hot tub with in walking distance. Lots of room open living room area. Comfy beds. Decent fishing and crabbing on dock”

“The place is excellent.”

“The property was well kept. The room was clean, fresh, and had absolutely everything we could need. The pool area was very spacious and comfortable enough for everyone to enjoy. The location itself was super convenient. Overall, would recommend 10/10. We would love to stay here again.”

“The place was great with a relaxing view and convenient restaurant. There were a couple of concerns with the noisy people above us and the loud washing machine that took away at times from our relaxation. Wish the customer service would have been better. While I understand that owners may not want to overstock items, a paying customer should not have to debate if a sufficent amount of towels and 1 ply toliet paper was supplied after requests were made. We washed the towels provided and bought...

“This was perfect for our family of 4. The location is amazing. So close to the beach, restaurants and a quiet area. The host has lots of toys, chairs, floats and a wagon to take to the beach. It was wonderful to not have to bring it all. Great communication and such a pleasant stay!”

“Just as expected will stay here again”

“So many gift shops nearby and cute restaurants! The place was pretty cool and the check in/out process was easy! 10/10”

“We enjoyed everything about our stay! Convenient to the beach and restaurants.”

“This was our 3rd time staying here. It was wonderful, as usual. The only downside was the hot tub was not hot and not very clean. I will say, we did not reach out due to it not being something that we needed and were simply in the pool. The communication has always been great, so I know they would have done something about it. We were just exhausted and forgot when we got back to the room. The condo was clean and beautifully set up when we arrived. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy...

“Awesome stay for a beach vacation!”

“everything was perfect thank you so much”

“I would say don’t let the outside fool you- the inside was incredibly nice, looks like everything is new and it’s been renovated nicely. No sand in our sheets or on the floors- which is hard to find this close to the beach. I would highly recommend. Incredibly nice and responsive host!”
