“Very nice experience. The unit was well-appointed, spacious, airy, clean, modern, and comfortable. This second-floor unit has a full-length balcony and overlooks the courtyard swimming pool, not the beach, but the beach is literally a few steps away. We liked that the unit occupied the entire second (and top) floor of its building, so we had no neighbors on any side of us. Very quiet as a result, although you do hear the noise from the pool. Kitchen was not very well stocked with cookware; skillets were scratched and unsafe to use, so we had to purchase a skillet. Parking spot is also not very close to unit. Also, coffee maker, toaster and microwave were plugged into a power strip that tripped off if you tried to use toaster and microwave at the same time. A clean and nice property that needs upgrades to kitchen to be considered...

“This condo was perfect for our (large) family's first trip to the gulf! There was plenty of room for sleeping, eating and just relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and snacks. Everything was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet surroundings. Being so close to the beach was one of our top reasons for choosing this condo. We would choose it again!”
