Place was great! Quiet and clean, staff was accommodating and helpful. Breakfast and happy hour were a nice bonus too. Convenient location to beaches and downtown area.

The stay was amazing here. We had a short stay but surely we would do this again. Would recommend to anyone. Staff is super friendly, area is perfect, perfect room size and bathroom size, etc.

We had a wonderful relaxing time. Claudia, the lady that works there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is a great hostess. The breakfast was delicious, especially Claudia's blueberry french toast casserole. We are planning to come back as soon as possible.

What a lovely place. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Folly Beach. Really enjoyed large covered patio, decent size bath tub, as well as walking distance to the beach and not a long driving distance from downtown Charleston. Thank you Water’s Edge Inn. 😊❤️

Lovely stay. Property had many thoughtful details. Comfortable beds and nicely appointed bedrooms. Breakfast and happy hour were a nice touch. On site parking was a big plus on Folly where parking is scarce!

My husband and I stayed in the Regatta Room to celebrate our 1 year anniversary of marriage! We were both amazed with the amount of character the room had and the coziness it provided. I would absolutely come back. We absolutely recommend!

Every ladies that worked on the front desk were so courteous and helpful. Homemade warm Breakfast and happy hours were so good. They even served wine and beer on happy hours. They take you to the beach with the golf cart which is 5 minutes away and if you call them when you’re ready they come and pick you up and take you back to the hotel. We stayed there for 6 days and we had an awesome experience.

This Inn is amazing. The staff is amazing and the rooms are comfortable and super clean. The breakfast is delicious, happy hour so nice and golf cart to the beach with umbrella and chairs… can’t beat it! Plus the restaurants down the road great! Would love to go back!

Great little place. The rooms were so quaint and cute. I really enjoyed my stay there; it was easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The only issue I ran into was that I found it hard to reach a staff member; they were often away from the desk. Driving people to and from the beach, helping others, etc. I never had major needs just had some questions.

We loved staying at this B&B! Our room and balcony were perfect, the staff exceptional and very helpful. The view was beautiful and the amenities were top notch. Also a very convenient location with downtown Folly just a 10 minute walk. We would love to come back again

Our stay at Water’s Edge Inn was wonderful! The inn is absolutely beautiful, with charming accommodations and a relaxing atmosphere. One of the best features is its convenient location—it’s just a short walk to the beach, pier, and beach access, making it easy to enjoy everything Folly Beach has to offer. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well. One of our favorite amenities was the complimentary golf cart shuttle. It made getting to Center Street and the pier quick, easy, and fun without having to worry about parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Water’s Edge Inn to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway at Folly Beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Room was spotless! No sand grit on the floors during our entire stay. Breakfast each morning was delicious. They hold daily happy hours in the afternoon with drinks and charcuterie-so welcoming and warm. Loved every bit of the stay. Will definitely return and definitely recommend. The courtesy golf cart shuttle was down for repairs but the location is so close to the beach it didn’t impact our plans at all.
