“La atención del staff muy buena. Sin embargo, la manager me quería cobrar 25 € por un late check-out, en un hotel vacío y 15 € por dejar las maletas. Por ese motivo, cambié de hotel.”

“Stone Town is over rated. The area is dirty, the buildings' facades are falling apart. The public parks and beaches are mostly dirty, with garbage everywhere. I wouldn't suggest to stay there. Better stay some where else in Zanzibar and just spend one morning walking around Stone Town. The hotel air condioner was really noisy, the pillows uncomfortable. Could improve in several things. ”

“The property was in a good location to get to Stone Town and the ferry. Booking thru Expedia led to some confusion at checkout as their Expedia payment system was initially declined so we had to go on Expedia chat followed by a phone call to the facility to straighten everything out. Expedia could make that process much less confusing. The included breakfast was a nice treat and while I mostly take the stairs, the elevator was not working for half our stay. Overall though the stay was lovely...

“I booked a room with A/C. Didn’t get that. It was hot. The guy at night that let me in didn’t wanna show me to my room. Finally, he took me to a room & said this will have to do. I said it’s not what I booked. He said, not my problem & left. ”
