The home and its accommodations were perfect for our families early Christmas gathering! Sledding from the back yard, walking distance to the Inn for additional Christmas festivities, and just being with family at the large dining room table and big kitchen. I highly recommend Modern Chalet!

The home is beautiful and accommodated our group of 5 couples perfectly. Beds were comfy, kitchen fully stocked to make meals for 10 and feels new/clean. I especially loved the Swiss ski chalet vibes. Would 100% book again.

Such a great and beautiful home that is well appointed in every way. Modern yet comfy and warm ambiance. Kitchen had everything we needed including coffee beans! Hot tub towels were a nice plus. We would stay here again for sure. Hosts were so nice and always available to answer questions.

Well appointed place that feels like a luxurious modern mountain home. Incredibly well stocked kitchen with all the appliances, pots, and tools needed to cook in. Comfortable beds with lovely linens, cozy fireplace. Great location on the golf course. My family had such a great few days in this house while getting to explore the local towns of Roslyn, Cle Elum and of course, the beautiful Suncadia lodge! Highly recommend. Extra appreciation for the pack and play as we traveled with a 5 month old. Thanks Pat and family!

We had a wonderful stay with 3 families for two nights. The 5 bedroom set up was perfect for our needs and the layout of the house and outdoor area was well-suited for our group. Our stay at the Modern Chalet was top notch! We celebrated an annual girls weekend (mothers & daughters), in which we have rented numerous Suncadia homes over the years. Modern Chalet was by far the most equipped and accommodating for our group. Walking distance to both the lodge and Swiftwater was extremely convenient. We cooked in for the majority of our meals and were delighted the kitchen was FULLY stocked. Comfortable beds, absolutely beautiful golf course view and responsive hosts.

We've stayed in quite a few Suncadia Homes –– this one truly was exceptional! Heaters on the patio, Full Property Sound System, literally a tv in every room, the beds were all King Size and soo comfy! They had thought of everything and the attention to detail and quality was apparent!

This house was perfect for the 5 couples that stayed there - great location, comfortable beds, plenty of space, great air conditioning, and nice wifi sound system. Fourth of July Trip

Each summer I try to get my older grandchildren together for a long weekend away. This year it happened to be the 4th of July weekend. We all traveled over the mountains from the Seattle area for a fabulous get together at a beautiful home! It generally falls to me to select the place where we stay so naturally I feel a great deal of responsibility for making sure the location suits our needs. This house was amazing! It is so comfortable and easy to stay in that our weekend was a huge success! we had an 11-month-old with us and there was even a Kiddie Gate to block the stairs as well as appropriate dishes for the baby to use! The descriptions of the house and the available features are absolutely accurate! As I said, we had a fabulous time and we left saying we will do it again next summer!!

Pure Perfection!

Beautiful, modern property with every amenity you can think of! Outdoor fun with hot tub, firepit, patio heaters, lots of seating and festive market lights. Plenty of room for your family and friends with 5 king-bed rooms, 4 full bathrooms, huge kitchen table and island, cozy living room with fireplace, room by room sound system and a garage filled with fun games. Our host Pat was awesome and offered immediate responses to any questions. I highly recommend the Modern Chalet and can't wait to return soon!
