“We loved this rental! The host called us on our way to confirm and we had great communication during our entire stay. Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED! My family of 5 was able to comfortably sprawl out and enjoy ourself. Thank you Margarita! Your home was so lovely. ”

The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. “Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space and I like that that they left detergent for a couple of loads of laundry. The commication was almost too much to the point of being a confusing check-in process. States they have a pool, but it too was not a clear process to use. Finally they only give out one key. That is a pain!”

“The property is immaculately maintained. The patio, and yard are particularly beautiful. A very comfortable bed along with a lovely sitting area, and a mini kitchen, makes this an ideal retreat.The area is quiet, and peaceful. Easy to get to main highways with restaurants and shopping near by.Definitely would stay there again.”

“Gorgeous place, great location”

“The unit was clean and had all basic needs. The second bedroom is actually more like a converted space. The forts have glass panes with no covering so the room was exposed. Also there is no closet in the bedroom and no mirror. As I was traveling with a colleague for business this was less than ideal. ”

“I spent a few days at Cris’ place. Really enjoyed the location’s convenience and amenities. ”

“The apartment is in a great location and has spectacular views. It is well maintained and the staff at the apartment complex are kin and helpful. There is 4 hour meter parking locally as well as garages if needed and you can walk to the Metro and just about anything you need. ”
