“I don't like the curtains in the room,they should not used see through curtains the sun is soo bright in the morning can't sleep good enough especially adjusting the time zone difference in phi. And the most annoying part are they can't control their idiot guest doing Karaoke in the room in the middle of the night until dawn , all i can say is not worth it to stay here if you want to relax. They should be strict to there guest not to bring Karaokebox upon check in or they should have a guard...

“Maayo is one of our favorite places to stay, the baggage service is fantastic no complaints good leadership in this department. This time however the breakfast staff were not paying attention kinda just walking around doing there thing but not really paying close attention to the guest, just an observation since my job before is a leadership role.”

“Check in 1 am llegue al cuarto el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la conexión para cargar celulares tampoco, llegaron a revisar y que tardarían media hora en arreglarlo, pedí cambio de habitación, no iba a esperar en la madrugada a que hicieran mantenimiento cuando solo ocuparía la habitación por unas horas para dormir, está lejos del aeropuerto con tráfico, para las 10 horas que pase en el hotel mala experiencia. ”
