“Everything was very nice like before...my only disappointment was with the front desk, they were not as friendly as before, no real attempt to be accommodating and responses were very short and generally negative. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and very much like the restaurant inside...”

“Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. Also..I saw cockroach twice during my stay in my room and a Lil gecko thing on the wall. Should have better seals on doors to stop that or traps. Lastly there was a sewer type smell coming out of...

“We did not use the pool. Staff were great but the propert was poorly maintained..My husband and i had to check out 4 days early. The bed was very uncomfortable.”

“Overall it was always a good experience thank you to the lady who check me in. She was really polite and smiley. Kudos to you all. Every time i fly back in Cebu. Bayfront is always my place to stay. No Danggit served and dried squid serve in breakfast. But no big deal. It was just a craving for me specially im just visiting Pinas. Good luck and keeo up the great customer service👌”

“Very basic but the pool was really nice! Check-in was very time consuming and problematic. There was a Security Guard who thought we had the wrong location.. then he checked and directed us around to the back of the property where we met with hotel reception staff who could not confirm My registration and had to call their boss to get us a room. The room was not really ready because they say that they were not expecting us! ”

“I highly recommend Uncle Tom's Cabin in Cebu. The room we stayed in was absolutely amazing. Except for the couch, which offered no back support, the room was comfortable. The restaurant's food is outstanding. The hotel staff was quite helpful, respectful, and polite. Because of the uncomfortable furniture in the living room of the suite we stayed in, we will reevaluate our need for a suite.”

“Un buen hotel con buena relación calidad precio. El personal muy amable. Destacaría la zona que depara sorpresas si te gusta comer. Alrededor hay varios restaurantes filipinos con buenas referencias. Nosotros estuvimos en el Abli que nos sorprendío por su cocina cebuana gourmet.”

“El personal es demasiado amable y la ubicación es buena. Recomendación total.”

“Overall location and service is terrible”
