“The area where it is located feels very unsafe, at night there is no public lighting, the streets are dark, there are many homeless people. As for the hotel, it doesn't look the same as in the photos, the walls of the rooms are cracked, the bathroom is very ugly, at night you can not sleep because you can hear all the noise from the hallway, from the reception, you can hear everything! The place is very quiet and you'll enjoy a stay from the touristic hustle of Moalboal, which remains very accessible of you got a motorbike or just choose to move around with buses. “Our stay at the Backyard Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. The experience felt like actually sleeping outside with the chickens. The pod smelled of chicken waste, the sink didn’t drain, and the noise was unbearable—constant chicken noises, roosters crowing, and no peace or quiet to rest. We couldn’t wait to leave.
