They need better signage - the building has a barber shop in it and 3 people coming for a haircut ended up knocking on our door because they couldn't find the entrance, which is through the Bubble Tea shop. The recycling bin in the kitchen was full upon arrival. The sheets had stains on them and the bedsheet was yellow on the underside. The host did offer to send someone to clean our concerns and offer a change of bedding; but that does not really ease the mind given all the cleaning and everything else that we had to address. “We stayed for one night and had a mixed experience. The room itself was very cozy and had a nice style to it. We also really appreciated having a full kitchenette instead of just a standard room—it made the stay much more comfortable. On the downside, the air conditioner was quite noisy, the shower could have been cleaner, and the check-in process was frustrating. “This property is not accessible, the entrance is in the back to which I had to drag my luggage down a small slope and then across some gravel to get to the door. There was no step at the door so it was difficult for me to get my luggage up into the unit and then myself. The price increase from what you showed and then what I actually was charged was substantial and they only allowed less then 24 hours for cancellation.”
