“Wonderful house and excellent outdoor space! Our party of seven plus pup had plenty of room and we enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful property. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Peoria!”

“Very Family Friendly. Our entire family enjoyed the house and all the amenities it offered.”

“I booked this location with the understanding that there were two beds. One bed in the den that was actually a closet. There wasnt much silverware, and coffee cups so we had to wash dishes. NO hand soap in the bathroom. And only TWO HORRIBLE PILLOWS ON THE BED. NO EXTRA ANYTHING. The bed was very comfortable, but I had to by pillows bc the ones provides were so thin. Extra linens and pillows would have been great. Also a bigger trash in the kitchen. A bath mat by the shower. And said...

“Very nice place! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely set up! I always bring my own pans, but I didn’t have to break them out for this place. Nice backyard and deck with lights. Very cozy and very clean! Our dog loved it too!”

“Cute lil cottage but it smelled musty thank god I had some room spray! If I could make a suggestion to put a couple lawn chairs out back for smokers that would make it 5 stars! Wasn’t really comfortable sitting on front step but it worked! But a nice little area to sit would be nice! Everything else was top notch will look into staying again if ever in the area again!”

“Good”

“Planning to stay again because it was so great!”

“This property was perfect for our large family! Plenty of room for everyone! Large dining area & game room were perfect too! Very unique & fun themed rooms!”
