“Pool was not available for use and the weather permitted use so that was a bummer. Grass in the back was not cut until Fri so we really couldn't access the back yard as we were a little unsure of if anything was in the grass. House had a stale smell and sheets and pillow cases smelled of cigarette smoke. A jacket was in the middle room hung on the back of the door that reeked of cigarette smoke and we had to purchase smell goods to make the house look better. Didn't realize 2nd bathroom was in...

“The house was very clean and the nostalgic decor took us back to our chilhood. Brenda, the host was great to work with from the booking until the checkout. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice neighborhood and parking spaces were big enough for a truck. Property was well maintained and it had a big front porch if you like sitting drinking coffee in the morning. Was disappointed on the house being dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty and felt sticky.Took my shoes off before entering and socks were covered in dirt just from walking around. Definitely able to hear the people in the upstairs unit when speaking or walking.”

“Stayed here for our kiddo’s graduation from Knox College. A beautiful wonderful property with so much history. We enjoyed seeing all the family history. My mother-in-law and I were reminded of visiting our family farms when we were younger. Only thing we didn’t like was the septic system is very old and you can’t flush toilet paper. Other than that it was a beautiful property and a cozy home.”
