“This was the perfect place. Very nice and clean not too far from town. Host was very good about responding to questions and helping with getting into the cabin. Hope we can book again in the future.”

“Loved the stay here. We came for a small vacation and had a pleasant stay. Clean house, organized supplies, host was really attentive. Easy check-in and out. Would gladly come back another time. “The kitchen was well stocked. We had all we needed and more. Loved having three bathrooms with showers. We didn’t use the laundry room but it was also well stocked with towels and washcloths. Enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic but not too far from the places we wanted to go. We have been here twice this year and planning to book again soon.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property! We were 5-10 minutes away from all of the attractions. The place was nice and clean. There was plenty of room for all of us and my kids loved the bunk bed room! The host promptly resolved any issues and was readily available when needed. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Basecamp Gatlinburg. It was ready when we got there. Everything was clean. We liked the convenience of being able to walk to town and back, but far enough out that traffic wasn’t noisy and felt like we were in the mountain. We did have to buy hand soap for the bathrooms and dish soap for the kitchen. We didn’t use enough dishes to run the dishwasher. It was nice to have access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again.”

“The house was very nice and clean when we arrived. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and liked it. It is quiet there but close to town. It was nice sitting out on the deck in the mornings drinking coffee and looking at the creek. We would definitely book here again for a trip. Would have been nice if the tv in the bedroom to the left when coming into the house had it where you could watch Netflix. “This cabin is beautiful and full of fun! We spent a week here and had such a great time. The cabin itself has 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen with all the tools you need to cook a delicious meal. Downstairs is the game room where you have SkeeBall, Pool Table, Darts, Foosball, Stand alone video game and a gaming system with Game play, and a washer and dryer. The main floor where the kitchen is has a bedroom, bath, fireplace, TV and dining table. We played games and laughed like crazy the whole week....

"The hotel was okay overall, but a few things stood out that made the stay less enjoyable. They did inform me that room cleaning was only done upon request, which I appreciated. However, when I did request it, the service was minimal—they made the beds and changed the towels, but the floor remained noticeably dirty. It felt more like a quick refresh than a proper cleaning. Breakfast was included, but the options were exactly the same every day. If you're staying more than a night or two, it gets repetitive fast. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement in both housekeeping and variety of amenities."
